A really Cheap tip!

When you are putting your copy together on your website, you are usually careful to word the text to make you sound good.  Unfortunatley, when your potential visitor is using a search engine, they are using their own language to find results – and that usually doesn’t mean using marketing speak!

You describe your business as ‘best value bitsnbobs supplier on the internet’

The customer is searching for ‘cheap bitsnbobs’

Your site will be on the 12 page of Google!

How do you get around this problem?  If you suddenly state that you sell cheap bitsnbobs, you will not be using the word cheap in the right context.  It will be read that you sell low quality goods.  So how do you get around this problem?

You could use negative marketing words!

Change your byline to ‘Looking for Cheap bitsnbobs? We offer the best value bitsnbobs on the internet!’

Now your site will score highly for the term Cheap bitsnbobs – but you haven’t called your company cheap!
