The CIEH Foundation Certificate in Health and Safety in the Workplace

Synopsis

This qualification is designed to give you a foundation knowledge in health and safety awareness in the workplace.

You will be able to gain sufficient knowledge and understanding of the benefits of good health and safety practices at work.

This course is suitable for anyone wishing to gain a basic understanding of health and safety laws and practices.

Method of delivery and examination

All sessions are delivered by PowerPoint presentation and you will receive a comprehensive learning pack to support your learning.

This is a six hour (one day) course taught by a tutor drawing on delegates’ experience and includes group work, work videos and other methods of training and development-

You will sit a multi-choice test paper at the end of the day and you will gain the CIEH certification on successful completion of the test.
