Postcode to Town Converter

Ever found when you have half a postcode, you were not too sure which towns it related to?  In more rural locations, like North Wales, the first half of the postcode is almost useless.  LL Covers everywhere from Pwllhelli to Wrexham.  The same can be said for CH which covers from Holywell to the edge of Liverpool.
