The Ultimate Consumer Damage Court Case
We have many stories in the paper in the UK where consumers are using the law to push their bad buying decisions on to the suppliers and retailers of the goods they buy. However, there is an ultimate example currently under way in Canada.
A woman there has successfully sued her drug dealer for willfully supplying her with a product which knowlingly casued physical and mental damage to her!
Isn’t it good to hear that even drug dealers are not above consumer laws?!
